While many eBook authors rely on their blog and social media as methods for communicating the availability of their eBook publications, a dedicated sales page is an important option for increasing visibility and ramping up sales when marketing your eBook. In fact, you may want to consider creating an entire website dedicated to your book. But at the very least, a sales page dedicated to your eBook is a necessary marketing tool.
A separate site makes sense:
- When your eBook title is available as a domain (you should absolutely own it!)
- If you do not have an author site that directs readers to a library of youreBooks
- If your eBook is not related to your blog site
